Coping that works for me!

I’ve thought lately about the coping skills that I use that work well for me.  I would like to have them easily accessible if I am having a rough time so I thought blog page!

    Am so glad I stumbled across your blog… I too have schizo affective disorder mixed type and have been looking for anyone out there who writes about it. You are frank, honest and insightful. I too really hope I can use my writing to help others the way I feel you must do. Theres a book I can recommend you read if you haven’t already called “What a life can be” by Carolyn Dobbins its well worth the read. A self help book I can recommend, is Eckhart Tolles “The power of now”…
