One of the things we learned last week was about how to react to anxiety. The leader showed us YouTube videos of weather reporters live in scene calmly reporting great storms and hurricanes. I think I got that Dow pretty good, most my anxiety is internal, like most my mental issues.

So one person canceled from a 3 day trip to out cabin and now I’m worried about the dynamics of how people are going to get along and it being strange cuz there is only two girls, 4 if the couple comes but they’re kinda there own entity anyways. Worrying and projecting won’t help anyways. I know that. But it’s what my mind seems set on.
